Calling those who love to bake & send care packages!

The Katallasso Group is launching SHIFT conversations in September 2023 in partnership with Scott County schools and Health & Human Services. Together, our team will be able to support over 500 youth this next academic year to help them make agreements/plans to get back into school.

Each youth will receive homemade chocolate chip cookies for their initial SHIFT conversation and they will have the opportunity to opt into receiving a monthly cookie care package for the duration of the school year from caring community volunteers willing to bake cookies and deliver to:
 
Shakopee Family Resource Center or The Nest Retreat Center (drop off site)
or ship cookies directly to youth (with parent permission).

We want each youth to feel loved, supported, and encouraged as they open their box of fresh cookies and be reminded of the importance of school.

All volunteers must complete a background check ($20).
