The Restore Focus Program Training Package

Our 60-hour basic training program gives you the whole package to launch a successful Restore Focus Program the moment you finish training! We start with skill-building in Restorative Family Mediation™ (Rule 114 MN SCA approved) Monday through Friday (8am-5pm daily), then we move into Restorative Leadership™ development and coaching tailored for school environments during the school year (Sept-May).

Throughout our basic training program you'll get practical hands-on experiential learning with inspiring program strategies designed for youth ages 12-18. By the end of our 5-day training, you will feel ready and energized to implement this simple yet highly effective program designed to support your school and address the needs of chronically absent youth. 

After the 5-day training, you'll be plugged into ongoing monthly coaching and development (during the school year - 2 hours a month over a lunch break), providing you with the support and reassurance you need to ensure your effectiveness is "on point."
