Are you a college student looking for an exciting internship opportunity? We offer an annual online internship to serve students struggling with chronic absenteeism and truancy. You'll have the ability to interact with youth ages 12-18 and their parents in real-time truancy prevention referrals in our PATH Prevention programming serving over 1,000 students annually.

What does it take to apply?

You'll need to complete an internship application process for 2025-26 and successfully complete Restorative Family Mediation 40 hour training (occurring June 9-13, 2025). If your application is approved for internship, you'll receive an internship discount for training to become a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral - Restorative Family Mediator (talk about a great conflict resolution certificate to add to your resume and enhance your college education)! Our mediation training is required for those seeking an internship. Our internship is a volunteer status. However, volunteer honorariums are provided to interns only in their final phase working with parents/teens under supervision (Jan-March).
