RESTORATIVE CONVERSATIONS:

Connecting with Parents, Teens, & their School Deans to draft a plan/agreement with Restorative Family Mediators in 2 sessions. We help look "under the hood" and address unique challenges, then build custom agreements to follow through on.

RESTORATIVE FAMILY MEDIATION:

Once a referral arrives at the County Truancy Office, we engage families and truancy officers to build plans/agreements to prevent or divert court action.

PARENT RESTORATIVE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & COACHING PROGRAMMING:

A daily "warm line" for parents to understand how to restore their leadership and address youth conflict matters in real time. Available to parents based on county contract. Designed to empower parents and address how constructive vs. destructive power affects their family outcomes.
