RESTORATIVE CONVERSATIONS:

Connecting with Parents, Teens, & their School Deans to draft a plan/agreement with Restorative Family Mediators in 2 sessions. We help look "under the hood" and address unique challenges, then build custom agreements to follow through on. 55-60% of referrals successfully close with 2 sessions and parent education.

RESTORATIVE FAMILY MEDIATION:

Once a referral arrives at the County Truancy Office, we engage families and truancy officers to build plans/agreements to prevent or divert court action.

PARENT RESTORATIVE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & COACHING PROGRAMMING:

Restoring Home Parent Line is a safe community for parents to receive support through daily community chats, a podcast, and weekday anonymous phone line to address real time needs. Available to parents with youth ages 12-18. Designed to empower parents and address conflict, no matter how it shows up, in healthy ways.
