2025 Focus: Equipping the Local Church
Strengthening and Restoring Family Relationships inside and outside the faith community.

The Restorative Leadership 2025 Conference contextualizes around the local Church and a restorative approach to conflict resolution for leadership issues, congregational and community families. Two training options will be available onsite (The Nest Retreat Center, Shoreview, MN) centering on the local Church mission and the process of reconciliation.
