Welcome to The Katallasso Group! With 150 hearings in the court personally and the professional lens in child welfare - I've created something that has been missing—a restorative ADR continuum of services with the primary purpose of strengthening and restoring families.

I've brought my two decades of learning as a mom engaged with the family courts related to childhood abuse, divorce/domestic violence, post-decree issues, and grandparent litigation. I've integrated it with my professional experience in child welfare, truancy, and families engaged in conflict to offer restorative supports and resources that empower parents and invite peace back into the household.

We can change a lot of the conflict by changing ourselves. How? By educating ourselves, evaluating our responses, managing our reactivity, and exercising or stewarding our leadership role differently.
