We charge a flat rate of $75/hr for family mediation or $37.50/hr per party. We chose this to create an affordable option for any family to have access to high-quality (without the courtroom feel) mediation. We do require each party to pay a one-time $25 non-refundable administrative fee to begin the process.
Our mediators are highly skilled and provide this service at a lower cost because they care about your relationships, your future, and your peaceful resolution so you can move on with life.
Yes, we can. After mediation is completed and an agreement is created, you can select one of our lawyer team members to support the filing process for post-decree matters (only) at the same affordable rate. There can be an additional court filing fee as well that you are responsible for. Please check out our page: https://www.thekatallassogroup.com/filing-your-agreement
Our mediators are trained by The Katallasso Group as Restorative Family Mediators. That means you'll be welcomed with hospitality and kindness. You'll feel safe, be included as an equal at the table, be treated fairly, and protected from power imbalances. Whether you choose online or at a site, you will have an excellent experience tailored to your needs.
We keep mediation sessions to 2-hour timeframes - taking one issue at a time so you are not overwhelmed, have time to think about major decisions, and don't experience decision fatigue.
We include hospitality elements to help you relax. Our in-person mediations often include snacks and beverages in comfortable/private settings.
If you chose online, you'll work on decisions from the comfort of your home, get up for breaks, and enjoy snacks.
All mediators are trained and prepared to draft Memorandums of Agreement so you have clear decisions as you work through a divorce process, post-decree issue, general family conflict, and more.
Every mediator on our website is a MN Rule 114 Qualified Neutral and/or a court rostered mediator for their jurisdiction beyond MN.
You sure can. Our team is ready to support you through a marital dissolution or any other need requiring an MOA or lighter issues requiring a written agreement to submit to the court. If you don't want an agreement but need a neutral facilitator to conduct a difficult conversation - we can do that too.
