Uncovering the creative side of you.

When families go through really hard seasons, something quiet often happens.
Parents and youth stop being creative.
Parents tell us they feel like they’re just getting through the day—putting out fires, and trying to hold everything together. Youth who once loved music, movement, art, or play often pull back, shut down, or release stress in ways that feel overwhelming or unsafe. Joy gets lost.
Everyone’s on high alert.
When stress builds without healthy ways to release it, it rears it head in negative ways.
At Restore Life Center, we create spaces that gently help parents and youth dust off what’s already there. Through music, movement, and creative expression, parents and youth begin to release stress, feel more alive, and remember who they are.
We guide parents and youth to breathe, express, and grow together again.
Creative Arts Supporting Restorative Conflict Resolution
Restore Life Center is the nonprofit arm of The Katallasso Group, created to expand and complement its restorative conflict resolution and leadership development work. While youth and parents are referred to The Katallasso Group for restorative circle, mediation, coaching, the Restore Life Center offers creative arts–based spaces that help youth and parents express, reflect, and reconnect—especially during times of parent-child conflict.
Our Purpose
Restore Life Center strengthens families by using creative arts to support restorative conflict resolution and relational growth. Our work helps youth and parents slow down, regulate, and engage at a personal passion level to foster long-term change.
Creative expression does not replace restorative processes—it supports and deepens them, creating better relational conditions for parents and youth.
Our Vision
We envision communities where families experiencing conflict are met with dignity, creativity, and care—and where arts, culture, and movement are recognized as essential tools for building relationally healthy families and communities.
